1. How old do you have to be to
Scuba Dive?
8 years old. Learn
to Scuba Diving and Junior Scuba Diver start at 10.
2. Do you
have to be an expert swimmer?
No, you just have to be comfortable in
the water.
3. Do you have to be in
perfect health to scuba dive?
You need to
be in generally good health. All scuba
certification organizations require you
to complete a medical questionnaire
prior to the start of the course. In
some cases you'll need to visit
with your family physician and receive
clearance to dive.
4. What happens if my equipment
does not fit?
We will keep working different equipment
with you until you are comfortable in
the equipment that you are using.
5. What do I do if I need
corrective vision?
We have the ability to connect you with
a local optometrist who can make a
corrective vision mask so you can see
properly under water.
6.
How long
does it take to complete scuba training?
Generally it takes
a couple of weekends for classroom, pool
and lake/open water training. We'll
build a schedule around your needs to
ensure your safety, comfort, and
convenience.
