Utopia Scuba Diving is an instructional institute focused on teaching all levels of SCUBA diving in a comfortable, personal atmosphere, AND "one on one". Our primary goal is to educate our students on the safe and proper techniques of SCUBA diving through hands-on experience in the aquatic environment.  Utopia would like to thank Ms. Erika Eeds and Ms. Toni Piper for the excellent photography throughout our website.  Utopia is owned and operated by BobKat Adventures, LLC.  Windsong Charters is the latest addition to BobKat Adventures.
